We strive to find ways to be more efficient and utilize our resources wisely. This week we highlight a story that shares how a group in Kenya are turning an unused resource from fish production for food into a valuable resource to create more jobs and improve the environment. How expensive is it and can you buy items already made? Do they have a market yet?

All great questions! Unfortunately, I only know what is discussed in the video shared. It appears as though there is a local market, but not sure beyond that. Definitely needs further research!
